The end of one full day in Sevilla

After sugar and caffeine, the body needs to walk to get going. With such a beautiful sunny warm day, it was tempting to just sleep it off, but we only had this one full day. So much to see and so little energy left but forge on we did.

We passed the Real Alcazar
Real Alcazar
Real Alcazar

but instead of going in, we preferred to watch real daily life happening on Sevilla's streets.
Ahhhh

We reached the site where Carmen rolled her cigars.
Now the University

the Torre del Oro
Torre del Oro
Paseo de las Delicias
Not yet in blossom - along the canal
and finally the bullring.
Plaza Toros Maestranza
Bull ring

He decided to stick to engineering...
Waiting for the 84 bus

There is always something to see along the walk back to the hotel
Formal clothes for the young

and the supermercado always gets my attention.
Supermercado

I reeeeeaaallly wanted these but passed.
Supermercado - caper berries

Back to our hotel, a rest and later a walk thru Triana. Unfortunately, dinner was starting later than we could wait to eat...9pm..so we found a bar back by the bridge and had a few basic tapas. Too tired and too crowded for pictures.
