We Drive To Dover

What a day we had for it! You never know in Britain if it will be nice for some of the day or part of the day or none of the day, but we really lucked out and had sun for the whole day. Dover Castle was our goal and after the easy drive through Folkestone we figured we were good to go.

Heading south we found ourselves in Temple Ewell, and put the brakes on. So pretty it deserved a walk in the am sunshine.

While it seemed that no one but us was out, we heard lots of children at play tho we couldn't quite see the school. A bit of a glimpse into a lovely little village. It was tempting to stay and look for a tea or coffee, but the goal was Dover, so we...got back in the car.
